Reward Points & Language Translation Policy

  1. Eligibility
  • Reward points are issued only to registered customers for qualifying purchases.
  • Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside this program.
  1. Standard Point Earning
  • Every ₹100 spent = 1 reward point.
  • 1 point = ₹1 redeemable value.
  1. Point Redemption
  • Points can be redeemed only on our site as per the redemption rules.
  • Points cannot be converted to cash beyond the stated conversion rate.
  1. Errors & Technical Glitches
  • If incorrect points are displayed due to bugs, system error, virus, hacking, or misconfiguration, BPAHM reserves the right to adjust or cancel those points.
  • Customers cannot claim extra products or discounts based on points issued in error.
  1. Fraud & Misuse
  • Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or misuse the points system will result in point cancellation, account suspension, and legal action.
  1. Liability Disclaimer
  • BPAHM is not responsible for losses arising from technical errors, unauthorized access, or misuse of the points system.
  • Decisions regarding point adjustments, redemption, or cancellations are final and binding.
  1. Policy Updates
  • Policy may be updated without prior notice.
  • Continued participation means acceptance of latest terms.
  1. Language Translation Disclaimer
  • The site is available in English and Hindi. Automatic translation may cause differences in point display or wording.
  • In case of discrepancy between English and Hindi, the English version will be considered authoritative.
  1. Multilingual Errors
  • Customers cannot claim additional points or rewards due to translation errors or differences in languages.
  1. Maximum Point Limit
  • Points are capped per order and per customer as specified on the site.
  • Any points exceeding the limit due to system error will be corrected.
  1. Reward Expiration
  • Points may expire if not redeemed within the specified period.
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated.
  1. Non-Refundable Points
  • Points earned on cancelled, returned, or refunded orders will be deducted automatically.
  1. Account Security
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
  • BPAHM is not liable for points lost due to compromised accounts.
  1. Site Malfunction
  • BPAHM is not responsible for points miscalculation due to server downtime, maintenance, or technical failure.
  1. External System Interference
  • BPAHM is not liable for third-party interference or malicious scripts affecting points.
  1. Promotions & Bonus Points
  • Bonus points offered in promotions are subject to separate terms.
  • BPAHM reserves the right to revoke points if promotion conditions are violated.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • BPAHM’s liability is limited strictly to point adjustments.
  • No liability for consequential damages, including misuse claims or translation differences.
  1. Communication of Points
  • Points displayed on invoices, checkout, or account are for reference only.
  • BPAHM reserves the right to make final corrections.
  1. Customer Responsibility
  • Customers must report discrepancies within 7 days of purchase or point allocation.
  • Late claims will not be entertained.
  1. Governing Law
  • This policy is governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising will be addressed in the jurisdiction of the registered office of BPAHM.
