- All Sales Are Final (Perishable Goods)
Food items are perishable in nature and, for hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged, missing, or defective upon delivery. - Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
- If your order arrives in a damaged or incorrect state, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- In such cases, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
- How to Report an Issue
- Send an email or message via WhatsApp with your order ID, your name, and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
- Our customer support will review and respond within 24-48 hours.
- Resolution
- Replacement: We will reship the correct or fresh product (if available) at no extra cost.
- Refund: If replacement is not possible, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Non-Returnable Conditions
- Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, delayed delivery, or minor usability issues—not covered under our defect/damage criteria.
- All refunds or replacements are subject to verification and BP AHM Masala’s discretion.
- Agreement to Policy
By purchasing from BP AHM Masala, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy. If you disagree, we recommend reviewing the product properly before placing an order. - Replacement Policy
If a product is received in damaged condition, we will provide a replacement for the same product. The request for replacement must be made within 2 days of delivery, along with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 2 to 7 days.
